Refunds are available only for first-time purchases of our services. If you have previously purchased and refunded a service, subsequent purchases of the same service are not eligible for a refund.

Refund requests for promotional or discounted services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for services purchased at a discounted rate.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and products are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, customized email campaigns, one-time consulting services, and any digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Additionally, refunds are not available for any services that have been fully delivered and utilized. If a significant portion of a service has been used, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Please note that setup fees and any third-party service fees incurred during the provision of our services are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. These cases include, but are not limited to, instances where a significant portion of the service has been delivered and used, but not to the full extent of the purchased package.

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of the service used and the remaining unused portion. Our support team will provide a detailed explanation of how the partial refund amount is determined.

Refunds for Subscription Services

We offer a prorated refund for annual subscription plans if the cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of the subscription start date. After this period, no prorated refunds will be provided.

Our dispute resolution team will review your case and respond within 14 business days. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and to your satisfaction. However, please note that the decision of the dispute resolution team is final.

Impact of Refunds on Promotions

If you received a promotional offer or discount at the time of your purchase, the value of the promotion may be deducted from your refund amount. This applies to both full and partial refunds.

Promotions and discounts are intended to provide additional value to our customers. If a refund is requested, the benefit of these promotions may be nullified to reflect the standard price of the service.
